Here are some of the questions we get asked the most by potential and current customers who want to use our machines to automate their projects and workflow processes alike.
Currently our machines are built upon order. We have pre assembled components and assemblies that get put together with components ordered once a machine is purchased. We are using this partially built assembly process until we have an inventory of machines
The machines currently use our version of linux CNC. We pre configured each controllerbox to have every feature for CNC plasma cutting.
The approximate lead time for a machine delivery is 3 to 5 weeks.
We have cut steel as thick as 1 inch on our machine so we recommend this as the table’s limit.
A forklift is required for unloading any of our machines since we use enclosed semi trucks for shipping. There is a metal pallet we put the machine on that should assist the unloading process.
Everything is included for cutting parts except the CAD software. You will have to used your own cad program that produces DXF files. Then you can transfer the DXF to sheetcam which is included.
