The terms and conditions stated in this agreement apply to all quotes, proposals, and sales made by Singular.
Payments
Payments will be made by buyers using the methods provided by Singular CNC’s website. A buyer authorizes payment and verifies information to be true by submitting their payment information to our website. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Paypal.
Delivery
Deliveries will be made FOB via UPS or freight. Buyer assumes risk of loss or damage to goods in transit. All delivery dates set by Singular are approximate. Prepaid freight costs will be added to the total cost of the order.
Acceptance of goods
Buyer must inspect goods immediately upon delivery after signing the delivery receipt. Buyer is responsible for checking that the goods conform to the terms of the agreement. If the goods are damaged or do not conform to the terms of the agreement the buyer should report the damage to Singular as soon as possible.
Warranty
Singular guarantees each machine is free from defects in material or workmanship by offering a 30 day warranty. Once the delivery receipt has been signed begins our warranty that allows customers to return their machine inside the 30 days if they are for any reason unable to make use of the machine. Singular will not be responsible for shipping costs in returning the machine. In order to use the warranty goods must not be missing or damaged by the buyer.
